Diocese of Helena Pilgrimage to SEEK25 in SLC for parish ministry leaders.

All the excitement, inspiration, prayer, and world-class Catholic speakers of SEEK are coming to SLC for an exclusive 5-day event! We are excited to welcome seekers and believers of all ages to learn, connect, pray, and be inspired.

The Diocese of Helena is coordinating a pilgrimage for parish and school ministry leaders to participate in this week of inspiration, all centered our shared faith in Jesus Christ. While originally focused on college students, the SEEK Conference has expanded to include programming specifically for parish-based ministry leaders.

College Students: You should contact your respective campus ministry leaders about joining their group to SEEK.

Pertinent Details:

2-Step Registration:

1) Register with Diocese of Helena (with this form)

2) Register with SEEK using discount code (which we’ll send you once you’ve completed step 1)

Dates/Schedule:

-Wednesday, January 1: Travel Day. Bus departs from Helena.

-Thursday-Sunday, January 5: SEEK Conference

-Sunday, January 5: Travel day. Bus will leave after the closing Mass.

Who: This pilgrimage is intended for Diocese of Helena parish-based staff and ministry leaders. All participants must be 18+. College students are encouraged to coordinate with their respective Campus Ministry/FOCUS missionaries.

Cost: $1,000 per person. Includes:

-Event Registration

-Hotel (4 nights; Weds.-Sun.)

-Transportation (bus to/from Helena and SLC).

-Food (breakfast and lunch each day)

Payment: You may pay online with the registration form. Or, you may submit payment by check to the Diocese of Helena after registering.

Transportation: We will be coordinating a bus ride for our entire group. Details will be shared in the Fall. But, plan to depart from Helena on Wednesday morning and return to Helena on Sunday night.

Housing: Everyone gets their own bed! Housing will be assigned (or you can make a request) 2 adults of the same sex to a room (double queen). Spouses may stay in a single room without additional cost. Priests will be assigned a private room at no additional cost. Individuals desiring a private room will cost an additional $400. Our specific hotel will be assigned in the Fall.
