St. Mary Catholic Community is seeking a qualified Bookkeeper to support the operations of St. Mary Catholic Community. This position reports to the Pastor and serves the parish by creating, maintaining and editing the financial records of the parish to assure transparency and accuracy of records.

Candidates should have an Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience in Accounting, Business or a related field. Strong organizational and communications skills are essential.

This is a part-time, non-exempt paid position, working 20-25 hours per week, with all legally-mandated benefits. Annual salary range is $22,500 – $24,000, depending on experience.

Administrative Assistant for Finance & Data Management

Resurrection University Catholic Parish (RUCP) is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Finance & Data Management. This position is responsible for the collection, disbursement, recording, and accounting of funds associated with the parish. This role is also responsible for the collection, processing, and recording of relevant information in the apporpriate databases. The expected workload for this part-time position is an average of 16 hours per week with fluctuations based on monthly and annual workflow cycles. The Administrative Assistant collaborates frequently with the Director of Development and reports to the Pastoral Associate. This role may also assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Coordinator of Marriage Preparation and Annulments

Resurrection University Catholic Parish (RUCP) is seeking a Coordinator of Marriage Preparation and Annulments. This position is responsible for coordinating marriage preparation and annulments at the parish. The Coordinator accompanies couples seeking marriage preparation and individuals seeking annulments by conducting interviews, offering guidance and support, and ensuring that all paperwork is filled out correctly for filing. This position serves as a compassionate and organized liaison between couples, clergy, parish staff, wedding coordinators, and diocesan tribunals, ensuring a smooth and spiritually enriching and/or healing experience; it also requires a blend of pastoral sensitivity, meticulous organizational skills, and a strong commitment to the mission of the Roman Catholic Church and its teaching on the sacrament of Matrimony. The Coordinator reports to the Pastoral Associate and may also assist with other sacramental supports.

Director of Financial Services & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Center for Catholic Life, located in Helena, MT, invites applications for the position of Director of Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position works directly with Bishop Vetter and the Center for Catholic Life leadership team on all matters related to the business of the Diocese.

The Director & CFO is responsible for managing, formalizing, and enhancing the financial services and policies for the Diocese of Helena. Areas of responsibility include budgeting, accounting, auditing, internal reviews, cash management, investment management, clergy retirement plan, administering insurance programs, property management, and all finance and accounting functions for the Bishop’s offices (the Chancery).

The successful candidate will be an experienced financial professional who is creative and operationally minded – someone who is comfortable working in the details and also a problem-solver with a constant eye toward the big picture and understanding how all of the moving parts work together. The successful candidate will be a Roman Catholic in good standing with a faith-filled commitment to the mission of the Catholic Church in Western Montana.

The Director of Financial Services & CFO is a full-time, exempt, benefits-eligible position. The annual salary range for this position is competitive for the religious/nonprofit sector, with a generous compensation package including health, retirement, paid holidays and time off, and other workplace benefits.

  • Prepares report cards and educational records.
  • Consult with other professionals and teaching staff regarding the progress of students and related educational matters.
  • Works with students and classroom professionals.
