When: Sunday, September 22. Check-in opens at 11am. We will begin games at 12noon or as soon as we have enough teams checked-in.

Where: McCarthy Park (S Harrison Ave., Townsend, MT 59644)

Cost: $10 per person (Includes lunch)

Teams: 8-12 person co-ed teams of all ages (minimum of 4 of each sex). Youth-to-Chaperone Ratio: 10:1

Who: All Ages! (Players younger than 7 are encouraged to be cheerleaders/mascots of their favorite team, but may play if both team captains agree to permit them to play.)

Registration: Individuals are discouraged from registering. You should register with YOUR TEAM. Each team needs a Team Captain, who should be an adult who can also manage payments, permission slips, etc. Ideally, that is your youth minister.

Please register your team online by September 20. We will, however, accept on-site registration, but it slows everything down. So please register online ahead of time!

Code of Conduct, Media & Medical Release Form: Each player (or their parent/guardian) must submit a signed release form. This can be done by either bringing a printed, signed form to check-in or it can be submitted electronically here.

Payments: AYou may pay your registration with a card when submitting the online registration or submit payment by check/cash at check-in.

Refund Policy:
Cancel on or Before September 20: Full Refund. No refunds after September 21.

For Youth Ministers: All youth participants should arrange transportation with an adult; youth should not drive themselves.

Each team can have up to 12 people, but churches/schools can have as many teams as they like. We discourage individuals from registering; Organize your team(s) first, then register as a team.
