REGISTRATION

The registration fee is $345.00

Residents within the Diocese of Helena begin registration Jan 1, 2017

All other registration begins March 1, 2017

After March 1, 2017 Camps are filled on  a “first come, first served” basis.

Camp registration closes when a camp is full or one week prior to camp starting.

Online debit/credit card payment is due in full upon registration.

Camp Waiting List

Up to 10 campers will be placed on a waiting list for full camps. Campers on a waiting list cannot register unless there is a cancellation.

Campers may only be signed up for a waiting list for one camp at a time.

DROP OFF AND SIGN-IN

Drop off Sunday between 2 & 3 p.m.

Pick Up Friday at 12 noon

ALLERGIES & DIETARY NEEDS

Make sure to reiterate dietary needs or other allergies at sign-in even though online registration may have the information.

MEDICATION

Bring any camper medications in original prescription bottles or OTC containers.
